Welcome to the IAAF Fantasy Athletics Game – Osaka 2007.

IAAF Fantasy Athletics is an exciting online game covering the IAAF World Championships in Athletics to be held in Osaka beginning 25 August.

Each time an athlete competes well and finishes in the top 8 during a final, he or she will be awarded points in the game. Your goal is to assemble a team of champion athletes which you believe will be as successful as possible during the World Championships. After nine days of competition, some smart selections and trading, and with a bit of luck, one player will be named overall champion of the inaugural IAAF Fantasy Athletics Game.

The overall winner of IAAF Fantasy Athletics will receive a trip for two to a World Athletics Tour event near them, including airfares and accommodation. In addition, the player who achieves the highest score each individual competition day will receive an Osaka 2007 t-shirt signed by one of the elite athletes competing in Osaka.

Why not challenge your friends and family and team mates to play? IAAF Fantasy Athletics will allow you to create your own private leagues with individual rankings and private forums.
