Lyudmila BLONSKA UKR
I wanted a sub 24, but did not manage, I was too tired. First two events were great, specially high jump, shot put so-so, but this last race I wanted more. I will fight on Sunday in all three events. They will be all equally important for me.

I believe it's a PB for the first day, and hopefully I can carry on like that tomorrow. Every performance was consistent. Nothing went particularly to my highest but they were all above normal. The high jump wiped me a little bit, but you can not have PBs every day. I feel I'm more ready now on the big days.

Today was a mixed day for me: good hurdles and a solid high jump, but the shot put was a disaster. I guess I was just too tense and tried too hard. But that disaster gave me a real kick for the 200 metres and I ran a PB there.

I am very satisfied with today's results, very happy with the first day. Tomorrow I will try to continue like this, to keep it up. One 1,92 m jump in the high jump even felt higher than the one for the 1,95 m - that is great! Well, the 200 metres were not perfect. Now I have to rest.
