Delloreen ENNIS-LONDON JAM
I didn't get out of the blocks as I expected, so I had to play catch up to qualify. Hopefully, I'll fix that in the final and do something good.

I like the way we have each day one race. It is really big for me to make the finals, I have high expectations now. It was good to have somebody like Susanna right next to me. I was following her and also remained relaxed. Now I will talk to my coach about what we will do until the finals, but I think we do not need to change anything.

I didn't purposely stay in the blocks so long but I had to be cautious. I'm excited, if I can put it together in the final I'll be a contender for the gold. But considering from where I'd come , I would be happy with any colour.

Being in the final means a lot to me. I have been to three World Championships and once to Olympic Games before and never got further than the semi-final. It is fantastic. My start did not work out really well and I am not satisfied with the last ten metres because I was standing up a little bit too much. In the final, all I will try to do is run as fast as I can and we will see. I am quite confident because in Stockholm, I beat Perry and today I beat Whyte.

I wanted to take care of my businness and I did. Start was not what I wanted, but I stayed calm and achieved the fastest time of the round. Final is for me the duel between myself and the hurdles. We will be three from US in there so why not a sweep?
