I am here, even some 36 hours before I would not think I would be in the world  championships final. I want to make best of it now. I can't predict what will happen, but I will do what I can. I'm pretty well used to time difference by now. And last night I had a very good sleep.

Today, I did not feel as good as yesterday. I guess, I am a little bit tired from the heats. Now, I do not want to think too much about the final. I only want to have a good rest. Since the championships two years ago and since the Olympics three years ago, I improved a lot. I achieve solid times around 13.20 seconds. I am an 'old' hurdler now (laughs), I got hurdling maturity.

Pretty good race, my goal is to have a good start and then keep my mechanics. It all went well. I always stay focused on the gun, so false starts are not mentally disturbing me. As many times it will be needed, I will be ready to start. Yes, my goal is to win, for that I had all this hard training in past years.

The race was easier than yesterday. But it is tomorrow's race that matters. I'm aware that American hurdler Dominique Arnold pulled out of the competition and that Ladji Doucoure didn't advance to the final but I don't want to think about my opponents and just run my own race. Now, I'll be running the final to get a medal.

I knew I could go fast, but had decided to run cautiously.
I had planned to adjust my race on Olijars', Trammel's and Hernandez's ones. But on the last hurdle I realized there was someone on my left. I tried to catch him up but I was too short. If I ever had imagined this, I'd have gone for the win. Now I need to bounce back, but I promise, I'll be back.

I do not know about the final, it is impossible to predict anything because all of us eight finalists are fast, technically we are all at the same high level. But I guess, it will be between the Americans, Liu and me. Beating Liu today does not mean much, it was just a qualification, nothing more than that. Yes, I do feel really good!
