Australia will send a team of 48 athletes to the 11th IAAF World Championships in Athletics, Osaka, Japan (25 Aug to 2 Sep), its second largest World Champs team ever, with 2003 World 400m Hurdles champion Jana Rawlinson and 2005 World Championships 5000m bronze medallist Craig Mottram the headline stars.
